Let’s be clear on this – To be a RN from a LPN, you may have to spend about 4 years in the role of a LPN. Post that, the management authorities in the healthcare setting will rate you for your work, and if you do well, you could move up to the role of a RN. The easier way out for you is – A year into the role of a LPN and do an Online Rn Nursing Degree course. If you finish this course well, any healthcare setting would absorb you into the role of a RN with them. The challenges you would face once you become a RN are going to be multiplied, so be prepared.
