I had a gift card to a store that I wanted to use the other night, so I went online to do some shopping. I, of course, found more things that I wanted than the gift card would cover. I was lucky enough to find some voucher codes to help reduce the price some, but I still went a great deal over the original amount that the card was for. I put the rest on my charge card. I think that’s how the stores really get you and why they offer gift cards in the first place. They know you’re going to end up spending more than you originally intended.
