The divorce rate in North America is probably at an all-time high.Ever since it became okay to get divorced, rates increased.Family law is a growing legal area as a result.Divorce lawyers usually start the divorce process trying a negotiation.Whenever spouses can’t see eye to eye, the decision on the problems in play is left to the court.There’s no worse outcome than a long and expensive trial that all the world can see.It gets notably ugly when youngsters are involved.It’s awful to see children torn in the middle of 2 battling parents.The entire drama and battle does not need to happen if reason prevails and that they divorce without an attorney.The decision to not use a lawyer can be okay as long as the parties will work things out together.
