My favorite thing to do is use my hands. The best way to approach work like that is to completely empty your mind. Irrespective of how hard I try though; bread making is something I haven’t mastered at all. The dough never proves the way I want it to. I’ve thrown in the towel on my efforts and purchased a bread machine instead. This has to be the best bread machine anyone has ever built. I don’t know why it took me so long to use one. It’s amazing how much less annoyed I feel thanks to this effective little bread machine. It only needs the bread ingredients and goes right to work.
