If you are looking for wall to wall area rugs, you will have to consider the thickness that you need. This is because of the fact that even though thick rugs increase the warmth of the house but you will have to use your doors! Using a very thick rug will mean that you will not be able to open or close your doors properly. So, make sure that you measure the distance of the bottom of the door from the floor and based on that measurement, decide the thickness of the rug you will need! Same applies for wardrobe doors!
