If you plan to take a break from your exercise program for alittle while then you should limit this break to only about 3 or 4 weeks at the most. After only 72 hours your body will start to get back to the shape it was in before you started to train. Your stomach fat loss will start to become stomach fat gain in a short period of time also. It may be tough to face but you have to be consistant with your exercise and your nutrition if you want long term results. You have to change your entire life.
