I think that so much of our lives is spent in worry, frustration, stress, and other things that are not helpful to the way our bodies are set up. However, so many of us will go on for our entire life without doing anything about it. It is because of this that I have started to look into some solutions for the way that I feel. I found this thing called mindfulness meditation that is supposed to help take all of that anxiety away and set our live in proper order. I am definitely open to anything at this point.
