When our little grand daughter started having lots of digestive issues and always complaining about her stomach hurting, I began to suspect that we were dealing with a food-related problem. I started doing some research online and her symptoms very much matched those of people with gluten allergy symptoms. My daughter took Emily for a special series of allergy tests, and, sure enough, gluten-laced products are the culprits. I had no idea that gluten seems to be in everything, but the doctor recommended some cookbooks that have been developed for people with just such problems. This is not going to be easy, but I know that my daughter will rise to the occasion.

The posterior tibial muscle is a very powerful muscle in the leg which has two functions. One thus holds up the arch of the foot and assist with getting the heel off the ground when we walk. However, if the muscle has been damaged or has damages just like in a condition called posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. If these happen, then the two things can go wrong. Because the ability to hold up the arch is lost, the arch of the foot will collapse and it will be hard to get the heel off the ground when walking as this function is also lost.

You stink!

Saturday, February 6th, 2010

We all have that relative that joins us at family gatherings that smells of 2 day old smoke. That relative that if you even smell, you are likely to get a nicotine high. It’s time they quit, for every one’s sanity, and senses.

In an attempt to help that fmaily member quit, why not point them in the direction of smokeless cigarettes. It seems like the perfect compromise, they still smoke but you don’t have to smell them. They get the taste as well as the “look” of smoking a cigarette without any harm being done to their bodies. A great idea to kick both habits associated with smoking, the addiction to the chemical and the addiction to the act. Good work!

My best friend and I were just browsing the internet and reading a column about how to grow your eyelashes back and how to make sure they remain there. It seemed that it is complicated to grow new ones once they fall off, and I just realized that a lot of them fall off, especially when I wear mascara. So, we immediately seek the best eyelash growth products. It seems like they are they only ones that can offer the balance our eyelashes need, since we are not very keen of giving up on makeup already. They should be here any day, as we already ordered them, and I’m pretty excited!

Speak Some Spanish

Saturday, January 30th, 2010

I know how to speak getting rid of face wrinkles Spanish some. I had practice from my nanny when I was a kid, she was from Mexico and took care of me for years. She understood English and didn’t have much of accent if you can believe it, but she would teach me words and numbers in Spanish. I stopped learning Spanish after a grew up and I haven’t seen her in years. I started to learn to speak Spanish again in high school and in college. I still remembered some of the things I was taught as a kid surprisingly so I wasn’t starting from the very beginning.
