I love history, but not the Civil War or anything like that. I love the history of mechanics, how things were discovered and first used and how are they being used today. My newest obsession are electronic relays, did you know the first one was created in the late 1830’s. I find a lot of in-depth articles on line and at yale as well and it’s even inspired me to try and put together my own relay. Of course I wouldn’t use it for anything, just to see if I could build one of my own, just like the did back in the 1800’s.
