There have been many times when I have tried to figure out how I am going to get some of my materials to an elevation off the ground with just my  men there. I knew early on that I needed to get some kind of intelligent lifting devices to help in instances like those. That is why I started looking into it. It was becoming more and more important that I have something like that. Once I was able to have these to help my men, I could tell that the men felt so much better about coming to work and feeling safe.
